This design not only brings the beauty of the outdoors into the home but also ensures that the family can enjoy a vibrant, light-filled space for their daily lives. Through thoughtful design, we’ve turned a challenging space into a spectacular living area that harmonizes functionality with aesthetic delight. This project is a testament to the power of design in creating spaces that inspire and uplift.

Space Planning : Ground Floor
The villa had a unique layout, featuring an entrance and a side ramp leading to the below-ground floor, which was intended to serve as both a family entrance and the main living space, including the kitchen and living room. The ground floor was designated as the main reception area. However, the idea of having the family spend most of their time in an underground space with no natural light or views was far from ideal .We knew we had to create a solution that brought light, airiness, and a sense of openness to this below-ground living area.
Space Planning :Basement floor space planning
To achieve this ,we decided to lower the entire garden level by 3 meters. This bold move allowed us to install a stunning swimming pool with glass sides, positioned adjacent to the living room .To complement this, we added a double-height curtain wall that now floods the space with natural light .The result? A breathtaking living room bathed in sunlight, where you can enjoy a small garden and the mesmerizing blue caustics effect as sunlight dances on the pool water through the glass .This design not only brings the beauty of the outdoors into the home but also ensures that the family can enjoy a vibrant, light-filled space for their daily lives. Through thoughtful design, we’ve turned a challenging space into a spectacular living area that harmonizes functionality with aesthetic delight. Space Planning :First floor plan
In this floor plan, we have separated the master bedroom suite from the other rooms, giving it a special view of the entrance and front garden. The suite includes all the necessary amenities, such as a cozy seating area with a coffee corner, as well as a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a separate entrance from the room. As for the other rooms, they enjoy a wonderful view of the swimming pool and the back garden.
Space Planning :Roof Floor Plan
In this floor, we designed a dedicated space for the boys to have their own private space for hosting friends. It is tailored to their needs, with separate zones for sleeping, watching TV, and studying. They also have access to a large terrace, perfect for hosting outdoor parties, which is separate from the family’s main terrace. The children’s terrace offers a unique view of the main entrance, while the family terrace boasts a stunning view of the pool and back garden.
Reception area
Designing a luxury reception with stunning white Calcutta Italian marble flooring and elegant wooden cladding. Adding a touch of emerald in the lighting and fixtures for a dash of opulence, and large windows to invite natural light in.
family seating
Crafting a luxury living room with a sophisticated palette of grey colors and rich textures, Golden stainless accents and wooden claddings add warmth and elegance, while large windows flood the space with natural daylight.
Guest room
we developed a thoughtful design tailored to the client’s needs, enabling the room to serve as both a guest area and a bedroom.Our design merges living and sleeping areas seamlessly with a chic Murphy bed. featuring a sophisticated monochromatic palette, gleaming golden stainless accents, and reflective mirrors.
Master bedroom
Designing a master bedroom with a palette of olive green, golden accents, and beige fabrics Large floral pattern wallpaper and fabric wall cladding create a stunning backdrop, complemented by warm wooden flooring for a cozy and elegant retreat. Pure tranquility featuring a sophisticated monochromatic palette, gleaming golden stainless accents, and reflective mirrors.
Boy bedroom
Designing a boy’s bedroom with an exciting game theme and vibrant blue and red lights. Embracing a Japanese interior style, featuring Naruto character elements for the ultimate fan experience. A dynamic and fun space for adventure and imagination
Outdoor seating
This outdoor area beautifully blends modern design with natural elements. The sleek pool, bordered by lush greenery and cozy sun loungers, creates a resort-like atmosphere. The stone walls and wooden decking add texture and warmth, while the shaded seating area, with comfortable furnishings, invites relaxation. The overall design offers a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and tranquility.
